About us at Home Herb Garden!

Our office is located in sunny Queensland, in beautiful Australia. We are only 20 minutes away from the ocean, and 20 minutes away from the mountains with their National Parks, bush walks and waterfalls. Kangaroos casually hop into our back yard to graze. Sometimes it’s hard to concentrate on work!

I have been regularly using the Internet for over 10 years now, and have been involved in other traditional businesses for many years. My partners and I are very strong advocates for small business. Small business employs more people, and contributes more to the World's economy, that any other business sector! We support and encourage sustainable and environmentally friendly business, and we want to help more people get started in their own home business.

I have owned and operated many retail businesses, and for years I grew organic vegetables, then diversified into herbs. I built and operated my own highly successful butcher shop. I also built a solid and successful regional trading newspaper, specialising in advertising second hand goods. I’ve always retained my interest in, and my love of herbs.

Currently I have a Diploma in Medicinal Herbs, I operate a herbal tea business, where I import herbs and blend them into delicious healthy teas. I operate several online businesses, and contribute many hours doing volunteer work for community groups. I write a lot. I love writing fiction, and I am currently writing a series of adventure books. My latest book however is non-fiction, called "Herbs for Love, for Sex, and for Keeping your Feet Warm on Cold Nights!"

My business partner operated her own herb garden and nursery for years, and is involved in art and education, as well as being an essential part of our Internet business. Judy and her husband recently sold their commercial Home Herb Nursery, at a tidy profit, to relocate to another area. They are now starting a new home herb garden business again! Judy will be parting with many of her best kept herb growing and selling secrets, just for you!

We were attracted into the Internet business by the potential of on-line marketing and sales. Internet Technology gives us the opportunity to help people understand herbs and gardens, and perhaps get started in their own home business. We are confident that we can offer Internet users something different.
